PetStory Studio is a content creation and publishing tool. It uses AI to generate short pet videos (cartoon cat and dog stories) and publishes them to the user's own TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API. The Service is intended for pet product sellers who manage their own social media content.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PetStory Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. User Accounts and Authorization

The Service requires you to authorize access to your own TikTok account via TikTok's official Login Kit. You may revoke authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings or by contacting us. The Service posts only to the authorized account owner's own account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service; (b) infringe any intellectual property rights; (c) post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; (d) automate posting in violation of TikTok's API terms or rate limits.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service, including its compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. The Operator is not liable for content generated at your direction or published to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. The Operator retains all rights to the Service itself, including software and branding.
